Photography Workshops

Cancellation by Customer

  • 30+ days before workshop: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • 15-29 days before workshop: 50% refund
  • 14 days or less before workshop: No refund

However, we understand that emergencies happen. If you cannot attend a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you may:

  • Transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost
  • Apply your payment to a future workshop within the next 12 months
  • Request a case-by-case review for medical emergencies or other exceptional situations

Cancellation by Silent Space

If we need to cancel a workshop for any reason, you will be offered the following options:

  • Full refund of your payment
  • Transfer to an alternative workshop date
  • Credit toward a future workshop

Please note that Silent Space is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred in preparation for the workshop (such as non-refundable airline tickets, hotel reservations, equipment purchases, or rental fees).

Digital Products and Online Courses

Refund Eligibility

For digital products and online courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the content. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Provide specific feedback about why the product did not meet your expectations
  • Have completed no more than 30% of the course content (for online courses)

Non-Refundable Digital Products

The following digital products are non-refundable:

  • Individual digital items priced under £10
  • Products clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
  • Products that have been downloaded, accessed, or consumed beyond the limits specified above

One-on-One Coaching and Consultation Services

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before scheduled session: Full refund or reschedule at no additional cost
  • 24-47 hours before scheduled session: 50% refund or reschedule with a 25% rebooking fee
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled session: No refund

No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching or consultation session without prior notice, you will not receive a refund, and the session will be considered fulfilled.

Dissatisfaction with Services

If you are dissatisfied with our coaching or consultation services, please contact us within 7 days of the session. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include offering an additional session or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you may request a prorated refund within 30 days of payment if you wish to cancel. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible. Please note that:
